Licence

Access to Polybook data is licensed for individual research and trading use. Redistribution, resale or republication of the data, in raw or derived form, requires separate written permission. Polybook datasets are compiled independently from public prediction-market venues; Polybook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any venue, including Polymarket.

Data quality

Data is provided "as is", believed accurate at capture. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is given; independent verification is recommended before trading on any figure.

Accounts

One account per person. API keys are secrets — revoke immediately if exposed. Keys that abuse the service may be rate-limited or suspended.

Billing

Subscriptions are managed through our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. One-off archive purchases are refundable within 14 days if the data materially differs from the documented schema.
